Who I Am

Dean Steele is a private adviser and doctoral researcher working at the junction of strategy, succession and organisational continuity. His background spans law, business psychology, marketing and long-term work with founder-led organisations, charities and family enterprises.

Over the last fifteen years he has advised families, boards and leadership teams on complex transitions: succession, restructuring, continuity and change. His work combines academic research, practical experience and a focus on long-term stability rather than short-term optimisation.
